THURSDAY, February 9, 2023 at 7:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, February 9, 2023 a meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Village of Manley, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Community Center, 115 Cherry Street, Manley, NE. The agenda for such meeting, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk in the Village Community Center during normal business hours. If you have a concern that you wish addressed, contact the Village Clerk (402-234-2304) no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Help Wanted:
The Bess Streeter Aldrich Foundation has a part-time position for someone to assist the Executive Director with the creation and implementation of activities that promote Bess Streeter Aldrich, the Aldrich House/Gardens, and Museum. Candidates should appreciate local history, be proficient in the use of technology, and interested in coordinating/promoting Foundation activities.
Hours are flexible and will be negotiated (10 to 25 hours/month). Questions can be directed to Kurk Shrader at 402-867-4233. A letter of application should be submitted by March 1 to Aldrich Foundation, Box 167, Elmwood, NE 68349.

Wildfires, record-breaking heat and a busy hurricane season can also impact the nation’s blood supply. On top of the toll extreme weather events take on the lives of millions, disasters can cause blood drive closures or prevent donors from being able to give safely.
